Is it TRUE that Michael had to stop history and dangerous tour bcuz he was sick and collasped.

Its a video on YouTube that shows him on a bridge गाना earth song and then all of a sudden the bridge falls. They कहा that fall hurt him really bad....and he finish the दिखाना but after that he collasped and they कहा he wasn't in shape to finish the tour. So he cancelled it. Is that true.
