I hate explaining this, but you may as well have to face the fact that if she keeps rejecting you, you shouldn't keep on persuing her. Don't let it get you down. There will always be someone else coming along for you to persue and maybe then you will have the relationship you dream of. Try not to let it get you down though. :)

She says no because she probably doesn't know what is best for her or she doesn't have any of that chemical attraction for you. No spark - then it is a sad lost battle my friend.
