​Considering he caused minor heart problems across the world with his cover shoot, it\'s hardly surprising One Direction\'s Liam Payne walked away from the Attitude Awards with the Sexiest Man of the Year Award.

But, er, when we say \'walked away\'? He actually couldn\'t make the ceremony amid reports he was sick at the last minute, but he did share how \'gutted\' he was on twitter. Oh, boo.
