I love the style Kristen has now, she dress how she wants and don't give a shit. Wish it was more people in Hollywood that dressed like that. It doesn't always have to be fashion, bid designers and in stuff like that. Dress what spokes to yourself.

I think the title of this article is a bit of a misnomer. It implies that Catherine is sneering at Kristen's existing style, which is not so. Catherine is suggesting some changes, not trashing what Kristin is already wearing. It isn't an insult, it's constructive criticism.
