[BREAKING/UPDATE] Ladies\' Code member EunB revealed to have passed away in a car accident + two members in critical condition

Some very sad news to report, YTN News has revealed that Ladies\' Code\'s van slipped while driving down a rainy road, resulting in the tragic death of 22-year-old member, EunB.

At around 1:20 AM in South Korea, the girls\' van ran into a protective wall in the vicinity of the Singal Intersection on the Yeongdong Expressway in the direction of Incheon.  As a result of the accident, EunB passed away after being moved to the nearby St. Vincent\'s Hospital while the remaining six passengers were injured and likewise rushed to the hospital.  

While the police are speculating they slipped because of the rainy road, they are currently investigating for more concrete details.

[UPDATE] As more news coverage is now surfacing in relation to this tragic accident, it has been revealed that two members, Sojung and RiSe, are currently in critical condition while the remaining two members and two stylists have sustained minor injuries.

Have to be frank here for a quick second though guys. We all knew something like this was coming. We all watch various shows with our favorite idols, in their vans, and have all talked about how dangerous their attitude towards seat belts is. Every idol I\'ve seen on Korean tv has the same "wearing a seat belt in the passenger seat is not needed" assumption. I remember when people found out Seohyun from girls gen. always told members and friends to wear seat belts even when they were in the back. People made fun of her for it, but most fans outside Korea thought that was a pretty normal thing to be concerned about. Even worse is most people ride in the center of the backseat, its all just so... concerning. 

This attitude along with the general speed that their drivers use to get to and from places made a tragedy bound to happen as much as we hate to admit. This might finally be the wake up call the Korean media and people need to finally make a law or movement towards driving safety via a "clicket or ticket" campaign or a rule that all reality/outdoor variety that feature car rides need to be sure to show their participants wearing seat belts. Stuff like this is already used in places like USA, Canada, Japan, and more.

Once again, sad day for all of us k-pop fans. Way to young to be taken away from the world like this. And condolences to the driver as well.

It was probably because they were crammed with schedules and had to hurry to the venue. It\'s sad that this had to happen. Was it last yearthat SECRET also got into an accident? Also Dal Shabet. Good thing nothing was fatal there,  only broken ribs for Hana and Subin.

i dont know much about ladies code... but my two cent is this:

1. ASIA DRIVING IS CRAZY SCRAY. china is the worst... so be careful when in asia.

2. kpop artists are probably the most underpaid/ undervalued ppl. therefore for me its always sad when one pass away.

3. WHAT IS GOING ON in 2014... its only 3/4 into 2014 and think about all the scandal that happen this year. o_O 

I hope they dont add another member in her place. It would be nice to see the empty spot as a memorial for uer

This is a truly tragic accident. Sending all my thoughts and prayers to her family along with her members. May she rest in peace. It\'s sad that her life ended this early but at least she got to live her dream as a singer

this is just really sad news. my condolences to her family, friends, fellow members and fans. i also pray that that the other members who are in critical condition will be able to pull through.
