I’ve read almost all the retellings and sequels I can find (besides rereading the original every so often) so I finally decided to write my own! When I began this article, it occurred to me that I was about to embark upon the review of the sixth adaptation I have seen of चालट, चार्लोट, शेर्लोट Brontë's 1847 novel. I have now seen six adaptations of "Jane Eyre" and plan to watch at least one या two more. Meanwhile, I would like to discuss my देखा गया on the 1973 टेलीविज़न adaptation.

For the umpteenth time, "JANE EYRE" told the story of a young English girl, who is forced to live with her unlikable aunt-by-marriage and equally unlikable cousins. After a clash with her Cousin John Reed, Jane Eyre is sent to Lowood Institution...

Many प्रशंसकों of चालट, चार्लोट, शेर्लोट Brontë's 1847 novel, "Jane Eyre", are aware that numerous (probably over twenty) टेलीविज़न and movie adaptations of it had been made over the past several decades. While perusing the Internet, I was surprised to discover that the opinion of the 1943 adaption seemed to be extremely divided. प्रशंसकों either regard it as the best adaptation या the worst. There seemed to be no middle ground.

"JANE EYRE" (2011) Review

There seemed to be certain famous British novels that are always adapted for film या टेलीविज़न . . . over and over again. One of those novel is चालट, चार्लोट, शेर्लोट Brontë's 1847 novel, "Jane Eyre". There have been twelve टेलीविज़न adaptations and seventeen movie adaptations. That must be a world record for any literary piece. I have seen at least three टेलीविज़न adaptations and four movie adaptations. The most हाल का I have seen is the 2011 motion picture, directed द्वारा Cary Fukunaga.
