After five years without releasing an album, Seo Taiji released his collaboration track with IU, “Sogyeokdong" which was an instant hit, ranking first in many of Korea’s major संगीत charts.
Seo Taiji’s company announced that आई यू would be perfomring “Sogyeokdong" with Seo Taiji at his comeback संगीत कार्यक्रम ‘Christmalowin’ on October 18th at Seoul’s Jamsil Olympic Park.
The सवाल that should on everyone’s mind, however, should be regarding IU’s presence and role during the performance of ”Sogyeokdong”, as the song was released in two separate versions with two separate संगीत videos, IU’s part which was released on October 5th and Seo Taiji’s part which was released on October 9th.
Will the two sing the song as duet live? What do आप think? MBC will air the concert, and Seo Taiji’s 9th album “Quiet Night” will be released on October 20th.
A netizen who recently graduated from IU's alma mater, Dong Duk Women's High School, recently uploaded चित्रो of the singer in the high school newspaper for her generosity!
The 'IU Scholarship' will be an annual scholarship funded द्वारा the singer each साल beginning in 2016, and will consist of 5,000,000 KR₩ (approximately $4300) awarded to 4 students from underprivileged families. In addition to the newly established 'IU Scholarship', the singer also donated an amount of 10,000,000 KR₩ (approximately $8600) to go toward school improvement funds.

According to the reports, IU's शीर्षक track, "Twenty-Three," is currently on चोटी, शीर्ष of the सूची while "The Shower," "New Shoes," and "Knee" followed closely, placing 2nd, 5th, and 6th place respectively.
In addition, "Zeze" and "Red Queen" was also spotted on the चोटी, शीर्ष 10 सूची as 8th and 10th place respectively.

After performing her शीर्षक song "Twenty-three", आई यू shared, "Personally, I hate filming for संगीत videos. It's such a hard thing to do. Filming for commercials is difficult, but there's a goal there. The point is to sell a lot of a product. However, an MV is just for me, which makes it hard."
She added, "This MV was the first time I had fun filming... It was really fun. It ended with one shot."
