I was glancing through the pics and I notice something... At the beginning of the party Hugh's tie and shirt were fine ( link), but later...(link) Did someone untie it and tied again in a hurry? LOL xDDD I know, probably just wishful thinking that Huli stole away for a few minutes from the party xD

Well, that tie HAS been re-tied. You can tell by the flowers on the knot. It's not the same in both pics. But my guess *ahem* is that he got hot and took off his tie and unbuttoned his shirt and then they called for photo ops so he tidied up. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! XD
LOL and no I don't think it's stubble burn. It looks like she got a touch of sunburn (see the tan lines?) The red splotches are in both pics.
