[House is watching his soap]
[Cuddy comes into the exam room]
Cuddy: आप know there are patients out there.
House: Yeah..I just wanted to see what आप were wearing.

[Cuddy smiles]
Cuddy: I got a surprise for you.
[House turns off his soap and stands up]
[House pops some vicodin]
House: Really?
Cuddy: Really.
[Cuddy shuts the exam room door]
[Cuddy closes the blinds]
House: This isn't a sex thing is it?
If it is I can get my camera.
[Cuddy slowly walks toward House]

Cameron: Camille Ross

House: A stripper that looked like Cuddy.
Cameron:Really?
House: No!
[elevator dings and the doors open]
[Chase and Foreman stand there]

Chase: The office is this way

Cameron: Could be acute poisoning from water fluoridation
Foreman: She'd have weakness,itching,and numbness.
Chase: Could be thallium poisoning.
Foreman: She could just have a migraine.
[House is wondering about his dream]
[Ducklings continue to bickering]
Cuddy: House...we need to talk.
[Ducklings look at Cuddy with a surprised look]

Cuddy: HOUSE!
[House snaps out of it]
House: Continue to bicker about it.
Cuddy: Run your usual tests.
Test for fungus,autoimmune,infection,genetic,parasite, and whatever else आप test for.

Camille: I don't have a fever.
Chase: Sometimes an infection doesn't come with a fever.
Camille: Then whats Dr.Foreman doing?
Cameron: Hes scheduling आप for an MRI.
Camille: What do I need an MRI fo....
[Camille passes out]
[Cameron shakes Camille]
Cameron:Camille?
[Cardiac monitor goes off]
Chase: WE NEED SOME HELP IN HERE!
[Nurses run in]
[cut to Cuddy's office]
Cuddy: I need your help.
[House is still wondering about his dream]
Cuddy: HOUSE!
This is serious.
[House stops wondering about his dream]
House: How serious could it be?
Cuddy: Its serious enough that I'm asking you.
House: Whats this about?
Cuddy: Patient.
[House gets up and heads toward the door]

The patient symptoms point to cancer या an infection.

[Cuddy bursts into tears]
[House limps toward her and hugs her]
House: Its going to be alright..
Cuddy:[whispering] Do आप actually care for me या are आप just feeling sorry for me?
House: I ca...
[Ducklings burst through]
[Cameron stops]
[Chase and Foreman knock into her]
[Cameron catches herself]
[Ducklings stop and stare at House and Cuddy]
[Cuddy continues to cry]
Cameron: Are आप alri...
[House interrupts]
House: Shes fine.What did आप find?
[Cuddy breaks the hug]
[Cuddy wipes away her tears]
Cuddy:[whispering] Thank-you.
[in her full voice,kind of shaky] I'll meet आप in a clinic room...when आप get the chance
[Cuddy walks out to the clinic]
[cut to main floor lobby]
[Ducklings and House are heading toward the elevator,slowly]
House: I'll repeat myself...what did आप find?
Cameron: Nothing.
House: Nothing interesting या nothing at all?
Foreman: What was that about?
House: Nothing...back to the patient.
Chase: She was negative for Lupus...
[House interrupts]
House: No surprise there...continue.
Chase: Negative for all fungal infections,and parasites.
House: Thats all आप tested for?
Foreman: Yeah,before she crashed.
[House stops limping]
House: She crashed?
Foreman: Yeah...
[Wilson comes out of the elevator]
House: Great here comes Wilson.
Test her for everything and get a biopsy.
Chase: The test results would take months to come back.
[Wilson stops infront of House and the Ducklings]
Wilson: Whats wrong with the patient?
[Foreman hands Wilson Camille's chart]
[Wilson reads over it]
House: While hes doing that..search the patients home
[cut to Camille's room]
[Camille starts to choke]
[Monitor goes off]
[Nurses rush in]
[cut to the main floor lobby]
[Ducklings are headed towards the hospital's doors]
[Ducklings' pagers go off]
Foreman: Crap!
[Ducklings rush off to Camille's room]
[cut to commercial]

[cut to House's office]
[House is at his desk]
[Phone rings]

House: Weak?

[House is silent for 2 seconds]
[The Ducklings are coming toward his office]
House: Yes.I love...
[Ducklings enter the office]

[Cameron is surprised and her mouth opens in shock]
