I write horse stories alot in school, so i decided to write one on here.
Charecters: Adrianne(16), Nicole(16), Valeria(15), Kansas(16), Caleb(9), Sammy(15), and और later on!
(Adrianne's POV)
"Do आप wanna go ride?" I asked Nicole. She was staying over for the last दिन of summer. She keeps her horse with me, because she doesn't live on a farm.
"Sure!" She answered excitedly. We प्यार to ride घोड़े when we have free time. Draw and ride horses. It was our life!
We ran to the खलिहान and got our horses. We tied them up and brushed them.
"How's Billie Jean?" I asked Nicole. Billie Jean was an Arabian. She was brown and had a white दिल on her chest.
"Good. What about Thriller?" Nicole answered.
"Good." Thriller was also an Arabian. He is a solid black gelding. We named our घोड़े after Michael Jackson songs if आप hadn't noticed.
We finnished up with our घोड़े and walked them out to the field. We got up and walked off farther into the field. It was a windy day. I could smell the smell of manure, but i'm used to it.
W found another field, bigger than the one where we started.
"Wanna race?" Nicole asked. I nodded my head. We lined up.
"GO!" I shouted, kicking Thriller into a burst of speed. He's really fast but so is Billie Jean. We were neck and neck. Billie Jean was breathing really hard. Nicole slowed her down. I slowed down Thriller too.
"Is she alright?" I asked. Nicole was just as confused as i was. Billie jean could run a long ways before getting tired. We didn't go that far, maybe a half mile. I got off Thriller and ground-tied him. I walked over to Billie. I let her sniff my hand, even though she knew who i was. She sniffed me and nudged my hand. This couldn't be really bad. I touched Billie's forehead. She flinched, but didn't do any damage. I ran my hand down her body. She didn't let me touch her right leg.
"Her leg is probaly sore from running that bigger race from yesterday." I exclaimed. Nicole, i could tell, looked worried. Scared worried. I hugged her.
"We wont let them take her." I reassured. I hope i was right.
