Theres a new set of questions each week and the ones with the highest vote go through for example if enough people pick that the heroes is fom europe and is poor then that is what the new hero is likly to be. Then the following week new questions like powers or looks will be added.

I'm going to try and push for an English poor youth (18 - 20) who lives in the woods, but has super speed.
