If it's Bellatrix, I'd probably call the psychiatry, if it's Pettigrew, I'd call the police, if it's Lucius Malfoy, I'd help him and call a doctor who I trust not to turn him up, if it's Dolohov, I'd take him in and cater for him myself, till he wakes in my bed and make a soup for him and all...

Much as I like both the Dark Lord and the Death Eaters, I would have to make sure that they do not wish to harm me in any way before I would help them. Call it the lack of trust if you want, I call it self preservation. :)
