A bear because she is extremely protective of her family. I duck would just be insulting and a bee would just lessen the awesomeness that is Molly Weasley.

A bee, because it's a symbol of hard work, efficiency and devotion to the tasks given. There's nothing lessening with a bee. Without bees, it would be difficult to have fruits and vegetables. Bees work for the group, the community. Molly does that, she works hard for her family, for the Order, so that everyone could be happy. And the results she achieves are awesome. Like honey and all the products bees give us.

Molly is always seen as such a nice and constant character, but she has so much inner strength and fights so hard for her family.

A bee is always trying to protect its hive and save its honey. It does alot of the work too.
