Why does there have to be a rivalry between the two fandoms? Why can't we get along?

I am so tired of all the fighting between Harry Potter and Twilight fans! Everywhere I go, one group's telling the other that their fandom sucks या is childish या dying out या some other mean thing. I'll tell आप what sucks and it's not Harry Potter या Twilight...it's having to choose a side या worry about being cast out द्वारा both fandoms. Isn't there room for both?

Yes for some that may be the case. But just because the Harry Potter पुस्तकें are over and the Twilight फिल्में are beginning doesnt mean we all drop everything and turn to Twilight. i agree. Harry Potter is better and they shouldn't have started comparing them because the whole thing is just stupid. How did Twilight become so लोकप्रिय anyways??? I hadn't even heard of it until people started talkin about the movie.

It is alos because most Twilighters watched the movie and thought that it was so rubbish that they should see if the book was any better (which, in my opinon, wasn't), whereas with Harry Potter, the films seemed really great and so people never bothered to read the books, when ultimately, the पुस्तकें were so mind-blowing that they could never even look up to the movies! (and the फिल्में were ace!)
