Close your eyes through your entire practice session. Do not picture your way around the fretboard, hear your way around it.
Hear yourself to the अगला note, to the next, chord, to the अगला scale. It should be a relaxed exercise, not a strained one. Like when you're at a distance from a battery powered clock.
