We can’t believe this is really happening — the cast of ‘Glee’ will finish filming the series on Feb. 21. It will likely be an ‘emotional day’ on set, as Lea Michele said in a heartbreaking series of tweets to her fans. She also posted a picture of her ‘family,’ while teasing who may or may not be returning for the series finale. Check it out.

, before the series wraps, Lea Michele took an opportunity to thank her fans and say goodbye to both the long-running series and her alter ego, Rachel Berry. Her touching message will likely leave you bawling your eyes out. No joke.
