बैटमैन Returns is the 5th official theatrical release for a बैटमैन product, the first four being the 1943 and 1949 movie serials, the 66 बैटमैन movie and Tim Burton's 1989 movie.
Batman Returns was released in 1992. It was the first of four official theatrically-released बैटमैन movies, the other three being 1993's Mask of the Phantasm, 1995's बैटमैन Forever and 1997's बैटमैन and Robin.
Burgess Meredith, the original पेंगुइन actor, was supposed to have a cameo as the Penguin's father. However, he wasn't able to do the film. However, the film does heavily reference the 60's version of the Penguin....
