Alyas बैटमैन en Robin was a film that was scheduled to come out in 1989. However, Warner Bros. feared the film was trying to compete with their own बैटमैन film that they had coming out that year. Alyas बैटमैन en Robin was not officially made with permission from DC Comics या Warner Bros. However, since the film was a parody, it was allowed to be released. It came out in 1991. Even though it was supposed to come out the same साल as Tim Burton's first बैटमैन film, Alyas बैटमैन en Robin doesn't resemble that film. Instead, it's in the style of the 1960's टेलीविज़न series. The film's humor, costumes and संगीत are reminiscent of the classic टेलीविज़न series.

In Alyas बैटमैन en Robin, the Dynamic Duo and their enemies have different identities. Their superhero names remain the same, but their real names are different. However, one of the songs has a lyric about Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson. In the film, बैटमैन is Robin's older brother, even though the actor playing बैटमैन is the father of the actor playing Robin. Also, this film's version of the Joker goes to high school with Robin. Also, the Joker is Penguin's nephew.
