No, they are just another way...
LaDispute picked No, they are just another way of women's celebration of their bodies:
Some women wear them for themselves, because they like the way they look in them, and that's great. Some women are wear them just to get guys to look at their boobs, and yeah, that's sexualizing the female body for male pleasure, and I don't really agree with that, but honestly either way it's still the woman's choice. Women can wear whatever they want for whatever reasons they want and that's perfectly feminist.

Like any 'beautifying' product, they can be viewed as catering to male ideals. However, not all women 'beautify' themselves for men. They simply like the way those products make them look. Generalizing them as anti-feminist isn't right. Like LaDispute said, it's their choice and their motivations. And besides, if you label push up bras as anti-feminist, then it stands to reason that any beautifying product, including makeup, could be labeled anti-feminist.

I wouldn't call the item itself anti-feminist; many people wear them because they feel more comfortable in them. They can, however, be used to objectify a female's body, but I think that's really the fault of those who are viewing them that way rather than a direct problem with the item.

You can choose to wear them and you can choose not to. It's the same with all clothing and beauty products (medical and religious reasons excluded obviously).
