	LowriLorenza89 picked Yes: I think the account should be sent a message explaining the suspension so that they receive it once they can use their account again. Otherwise, you won't know why the account was suspended (unless it was really obvious - spamming, abusive comments, that sort of thing) and there'd be a risk you'd keep making the same mistake. posted एक साल से अधिक पुराना.
