I put this pick up because I really need an answer, someone is advertising from one of my spots in the form of a forum topic and when I checked their profile there was 'no' activity there at all. can someone please help?

It's called "trolling" and we don't like these people. Report! :D

but you can copy the url and paste it in the notes section( since we have no report function for forums) and report the user as a spammer and the F4 will take care of it :)

There are set forum threads for spot promotion. Posting new threads is just making noise and is obnoxious. If the posts are in completely unrelated threads, that's even worse and should be reported as the previous people have said.

I don't think it's actually 'MY SPOT' but I created it (does that sound better, I couldn't fit all that in the question) but it looks like someone is posting an ad on the BITS AND PIECES SPOT in the form of a forum post and I don't know whats going on, there was no activity in their profile.

I assumed that by "my spots" you meant any spot listed in your profile - that is, any of the spots for which you are a fan. These could very legitimately be referred to as "your spots". I think saying "it's not your spot" doesn't answer the question.

Thanks harold, I was referring to spots I have created and a 'it's not your spot' isn't an answer to me either, and I know that they are not 'my spots' but I refer to them as such because I created them.
