I guess her personality . she was lovely and her tears fell down when she saw any separate couple she was really kind girl

For me I think its because he saw her as a loving girl as he saw her with Morgan when she read a story to her about her version of Red riding hood and he probably took a liking to her. Plus he got enchanted by her probably the scene where she sang That’s how you know I was enchanted too with that song.
