Ever since I began Durarara!!, Izaya has been my favorite (I like sarcastic/sadistic characters due to them being so different from me.) with Shinra being my second. Female wise, Celty is my favorite and my third favorite character overall. My opinion on him is that he likes to mess around with the mentality of others, which is pretty sadistic, but I still love his character.
