Touch- One:Shot

Courtney's POV:

I was walking down the सड़क, स्ट्रीट when I slipped and spilled my coffee, "Oh my gosh!" I said. "I am so so so soooo sor- Duncan?" I spilled my coffee on Duncan?

"Try being और careful, Princess." he कहा before walking off and I heard him on the phone saying, "Yes रद्द करें the appointment. I don't care I'll reschedule." I went over to him, "Duncan. I'm sorry, let me make it up to you, come to my party at my house Friday at eight."

"You? Party? What?"

"Just come, here's my address." I कहा as I handed him a peice of paper. He looked so different, no mohawk या peircings या dog spiked collar. He looked like the average guy. He looked...like Duncan.

"Okay, Friday, I don't know if I can come but whatever." he कहा before we stormed off to work.

--The अगला day. Wednesday--

I was getting supplies for the party, I had bags of alcohol and चॉकलेट chip cookies. There was an amazing dress at the store across the सड़क, स्ट्रीट so I decided to go get it. I was crossing when my heel broke and it threw me. I tried to regain my balance but someone caught me. It seems the coffee spilling was no accident at all.

"Princess, stop falling, you're going to get someone other than yourself hurt." Duncan कहा as he helped me get my balance back. I took off the broken heel and put it in one of the bags.

"Thanks, Duncan. Again, bye." I said. I got the dress, and some now heels.

--Friday--

The doorbell rang and the party was alive. There were a lot of people there. I opened the door and it was Duncan, who didn't know if he could come, but he's here right now standing at my door, "Duncan, uh, come on in."

"Princess, आप can party!" he कहा astounded.

Someone blasted the संगीत and he asked, "Wanna dance?"

We started to dance, we laughed, and we touched. His hands found my hips and mine found his shoulders and we fast danced to my प्रिय song.

And then walked off in a hurry

Now he's gonna be late for work
So he called his secretary

Got invited to a party and thought he couldn't go

I was planning out my party
Running errands 'round the city
Gorcery bags full of alcohol

Saw a dress that was amazing
In the window of a boutique
So I went across the street
Then my heel broke and it threw me

I tried to catch my balance
But I was 'sposed to fall
It seems that spilling coffee
Was no accident at all

The song ended and he said, "And the Princess can party. What else have I missed about the new you?"

"Shes not afriad to admit that she likes you."

"I like the new Courtney." he cupped my chin in his hand and kissed me. Ah, old times. I knew spilling my coffee was no accident.
