My Princess was in a coma?

Thirty मिनटों after the surgery she was still not responding.
All of our फ्रेंड्स cam in and brought "congrats" and "baby girl" and "baby boy" baloons,but unfortunately for Courtney there were "get well" baloons too.
I was left alone,and cried into her chest.
"So,are आप leaving me?"
Her heartbeat got slower and slower.
"You can't leave!You have kids now!You don't want them to remember आप द्वारा stories do आप do?"
Courtney's heartbeat got even slower.
"Listen...I really loved you...all this time....and I hope आप always know that."
I cried even harder,and आप could hardly understand me.

I continued sadly,mourning.

Her hearbeat flatlined,and I bawled into her chest.
"Why are आप crying?"
I heard a soft voice ask.
Someone's fingers ran through my hair.
I looked up to see Courtney smiling at me.
"PRINCESS!YOU'RE ALIVE!YOU WOKE UP!"
I hugged her and kissed her.
"Oh I fell asleep?Weird."

"What happened Duncan?"
Courtney asked curiously.

She asked madly and curiously simultaneously.

I hissed angrily while handing Courtney our third baby,Luna.
Luna was a gorgeos child,and had brown curly hair.Many whisps laid on her head in beautiful sprigs,and she had big brown eyes.Her skin was a light mocha,and she was one of the most beautiful शिशु that I had ever seen.
Courtne furiously accepted the baby and looked down upset.As soon as she looked into the beautiful eyes of Luna,her face's expression changed to a soft smile.
"She's so beautiful."
Courtney whispered.
She looked at me,her eyes bright.
"I प्यार you."
I mouthed with a smile.
"Mmmm...not as much as I do."
She teased with a little kiss.
"So can I see the others?"
I handed her our other girl and boy.
"Ohhh...so what are their names?"
She asked curiously.
"What do आप mean?We didn't pick yet."
"We?I thought आप would name them yourself!"
"Um...no I figured since आप had to spit them out that-"
Courtney kissed me sweetly.
"He's Duncan Jr.The girl will be Artemis."
I opened my mouth to object at the name of Duncan,but I gave Courtney her moment.
"When can we go home."
"Whenever आप like."
