It's not being a प्रशंसक of an item ,more like being a प्रशंसक of a person!! आप go to their प्रोफ़ाइल and under all their listings you'll see a box and the चोटी, शीर्ष left part say's Add a प्रशंसक आप click on that had your their fan!!! Like on face book being a friend!!! I hope that helps you!!!
