Demi Lovato's continuing treatment may have prevented her from picking up her People's Choice Awards in person last week, but it's certainly not stopping her from delivering her acceptance speech.

"I wish to thank all the फ्रेंड्स and प्रशंसकों who voted for me for the People's Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Teen Stars of 2010," she wrote on Facebook.
"I want to make sure my प्रशंसकों know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank आप for standing beside me through it all."
The 18-year-old picked up two trophies at last week's ceremony: प्रिय Family TV Movie for Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, and प्रिय TV Guest तारा, स्टार for her role on Grey's Anatomy.
There's still no word on when the तारा, स्टार may be leaving treatment (she's been in since the beginning of November for "emotional and physical issues"), and her new online message is one of only a few scarce communiqués since going in—she was spotted in Chicago over Christmas, while on an approved break from her facility, and released a prerecorded video message to प्रशंसकों on Thanksgiving.
