I need to stop smoking!

I will investigate this oone, you can bet. All other studies show irrefutably that nicotine is a very strong deterent to both of those.

Ok. That didn't take long. Notice the wording of this study... Really look at it. It is not smoking which 'causes' this, it is the lack of anti-oxidents. It is that the personality types that smoke also do not pay as close attention to their diets. Conclusion: smoking is not the problem here, diet is. This study is politically fueled, motivated, and biased. All studies that factored in diet concluded that smoking lowers the risk of alzheimers and dementia both.
