Last night we trended 'Elena Gilbert Deserves Better' world wide for at at least 6 hours. The love the fans have for this character is overwhelming. I wish the writers loved and respected her just as much.

what hurts most of all, is that elena grew as a character. and we grew with her. she became strong, and flawed, powerful and independent in her own right. she went through so much, and learned tons along the way. she overcame griefe and loss. she learned how to hold on and let g,. she learned what true and real unconditional love was, and she became wise and mature. how can we just be expected to forget about her, like she never existed when she is branded on our hearts and in our minds forever?? can they really expect us to just push her aside like she is insignificant?? we watched her grow, we went on that journey with her, and now we are expected to just let that go??!!! well you know what!!! fuck them!!! elena gilbert is the heart of this show!! without her, its none exisant. there is no beyond for the show without elena, and these idiots are bullshitting themselves if they think otherwise. I wish them luck in trying to keep this show running, they are seriously going to need it. yes, damon is amazing and awesome. but if JP is dilluded enough to think that people will watch just for damon. then she is a pathetic, usless waste of space, and got no tolorence for the selfobssesed gold digging little bitch.

Today I was thinking: Maybe I should remove my Delena posters, stop listening to my playlist titled 'Songs that remind me of Delena', stop reading the books, erase all traces of Delena' But, then I realized, I can do whatever I want, I can never forget the greatest love of all time, even if I wanted to. If I really love and respect Damon and Elena, as a couple as well as indivuals, I will keep remembering them, and I'll make sure everyone else remembers them.

i wish that i could feel the same. but, i just dont have the heart to do this anymore, maybe one day in the future, i'll come back to this, and fall in love with delena all over again. but for now, im calling it a day. its not that ive gone off them, or that i dont love them anymore. oh no! FAR FROM IT!!! infact i would go as far as to say, that its because i love them so much, that im letting this go. because looking at them and hearing about them, and knowing that they are not going to be together in the end, i just to painful for me.
