For me the worst moment in season 10 was at the end of episode 20 when Lois breaks up with Clark because she doesn't want to keep him back from his destiny. It was possibly the most surprised I've ever been while watching T.V I just totally wasn't expecting it, not to mention how completely heartbreaking it was to watch!
