Nope. It is just recommended that someone else do it for you, but it is always nice to have a pastor do it. It makes the ceremony seem official. People can be baptized द्वारा friends, parents, church leaders, etc.
Depends on what branch and church you're a part of. Some say anyone can do it, so long as they use the correct method and are "believers", some say आप can only be baptized द्वारा those who are baptized in that faith, and some say only someone who's ordained can do it.
