Dean and Sam rushed into the hospital, to the reception room. “Hi, my friend was brought in here” “What’s your friend’s condition?” the receptionist asked. “Eh” Dean hesitated, looking at Sam.
“Sam! Dean!”
The Winchesters turned around and saw Anna running their way. “Come with me, I know where he is” she said. She turned around again and Sam and Dean followed her. “I found him lying in the middle of a crossroad, bleeding badly. The door opened and the surgeon came outside. “Can I help you?” he asked looking from Dean to Sam.

“Look, I won’t sugarcoat it” the surgeon started. “Your friend’s condition is very critical. If he doesn’t get a new pair of kidneys and liver he will die”
“Then get him those things” Dean snapped.
“It’s not that easy” the surgeon said. “They have to be compatible with his blood and body. So if आप know his family आप get them here. They’re the biggest chance he has on survival” He walked back inside the emergency room.
