Is this movie appropriate for an eight-year-old, do आप think?

I'm going to be babysitting a lot this week, and the girl I watch is eight and likes घोड़े and western movies. Do आप think Cannibal would be okay to दिखाना her (I can skip over some parts, lol).

I'd check with her parents first, of course.
