The story revolves around four fathers and their daughters, with one confusion: son-in-law Jolly.
Akshay Kumar (Jolly #1) stars opposite Asin, whose father is played द्वारा Rishi Kapoor. John Abraham (Jolly #2) will be seen romancing Jacqueline Fernandes and Randhir Kapoor will play her dad. Shazahn Padamsee will play प्यार interest of Shreyas Talpade and Boman Irani will be seen as her father. Riteish Deshmukh will romance Zarine Khan, whose dad is played द्वारा Mithun Chakraborty.
The film is produced द्वारा Sajid Nadiadwala and it's the sequel to Housefull (2010). The संगीत will be composed द्वारा Sajid-Wajid.
Malaika Arora Khan will also feature in an item-number.
The official theatrical trailer was released with Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu. Housefull 2 is scheduled for April 5, 2012 release.
