Ive never actually known ive tried to contact Yana Toboso but its always failed I'm not sure if its his soul या him.Because he does help him even though the contract might be over

I'm afraid not(at least not in the anime), while Ciel has shown a fondness(probably as a son-father type of deal) in episode 9 when Sebestain appeared in a photograph as the deceased whom Ciel cares most for. However, Sebastian hasn't shown any concern with Ciel. At the end episode 22, Sebastian straights out leaves Ciel when he suspects Ciel doesn't want to fulfill the contract. The सेकंड season contradicts a bunch of stuff already established in the first. For instance, Sebastian lied about Ciel's past(so that his soul is tastier), when it was against his morals in the पूर्व season to do so.

True but wha about the मांगा and even though he thinks ciel dosent want to fulfill the contract he still calls him master if i was sebastian id say hes gt revenge and take his soul and for the सेकंड season he dosent just leave ciel he gets him back and he looked shocked when he dropped and passed out and stuff

I never read the manga, but I heard Sebastian is a lot और brutal there. In the anime, I got the impression he couldn't eat Ciel's soul without the contract because he just left instead of taking Ciel's soul. Sebastian explained that he was checking if Ciel really was a demon, not because of revenge. Though while I was researching this topic, I saw a point on MAL that states how Sebastian at the end of the series was offering to take Ciel's soul as painless as he can(even though in pain Ciel soul would be tastier). So maybe Sebastian does care, as that was a pretty irrefutable point.
