Bart is a naughty child..he has all Homer´s qualities... he can´t been in the Simpsons world alone...... he will end been a wanderer.Bart needs help of Lisa.... although he ignores her..... Lisa needs to still tying.... so Bart will not be a wanderer.... (Bart needs Lisa...)....so much.. :)
