How do I get rid of hair dye in Barbie's skin?

My friend was once fiddling with hair dye and I had a बार्बी doll in my hand, my friend decided to dye her hair and some got on Barbie's skin, now how do I get rid of it? The Barbie's skin is plastic but bendable and kind of rubbery.
