What are good stretches for your middle splits?

I have the worst middle splits in my class and I need help.

what i do at college to strech is streching my legs across a दीवार and just sit there, and every मिनट या 2 it relaxes the musles meaning that your legs can stretch और :) but be careful doing this!! cause whenever i do it it pulls on my knees, so आप have to keep your feet flexed upwards and knees facing upwards, otherwise आप can damage आप knees badly...hope this helped :)
