I'm a fan of Alan for a long time already. He is my favourite actor ever!
Of course I like him to be happy, and he seems to be with Rima ;) But I also love the fact, that someone who wouldn't have a problem to get other women is still with the woman he had fallen in love with at the age of 19. It makes me happy for him (& his lady) & believing there is true & everlasting love out there!!!

You know, I agree. Its nice to know that for all those years (and you know there were fights, disagreements, small or large betrayals, broken promises, etc) that friendship and love, and history shared together, and caring have held them together. It speaks of hope in this world of quick and temporary relationships where people believe 'if something was meant to be, you wouldn't have to fight for it' mentality.

It speaks highly of his character that he's stuck with his first love when I'm sure there have been ample chances with other women. He reminds me of my own husband (16 years together now starting when he was 19) and only a true blue person has it in him to remain faithfully with the one he promised to love forever :)
