I like the "changing hair as a sign of growing up and finally standing in for being one's true self and for one's true love" aspect, but I haven't liked Elena's hair since she turned off her humanity. I prefer her old one; I really प्यार long and straight hair, while looking at her new style makes me feel agitated and uneasy. But Elena's looks shouldn't be that important at all, and when she is with Damon, I only have eyes for him anyway. एक साल से अधिक पुराना

Yeah, I also liked that wavy hair. But that was और Kat style there. My personal favourite Elena look is the one in the सेकंड half of S3 and the first half of S4 (after ponytail and before big change). एक साल से अधिक पुराना

Yeah, the 1x19 one was great, too. So, I actually like straight and wavy both, I just personally - not only with Elena - feel like I have to straighten hair when parts of it "stand out somewhere", "go into all directions" and just look uneven.
