i agree, but i don't think that the whole duel should inculde mosters with 1700 या higher, it's true it will be very strong, but a deck should inculde weak monsters too

of course i have enough weak monsters to sustain a balanced deck, i'm just saying the majority is strong.

i think the whole deck is okay, but i noticed that u have de-fusion and refusion, i don't think that u need them, because u don't have a lot of fusion monsters, and ur dek is not a (fusion style) like jaden yuki.
