Let's face the facts. All writers get writer's block every now and then. That time when आप लेखन and आप just stop because आप can't get any ideas. I write all the time, so I get Writer's block constantly. And news flash...it bites! But there are some things I do to overcome them. This is a little लेख to help all my fellow writers out there!
1. Take a Break!
Believe it या not, it helps to back away from the story for a little while. I mostly write at night when my parents are sleeping. When I get stuck, I sit in the recliner for a few मिनटों with my mp3 player and daydream. और often than not, it helps me out!
2. Listen To Your Dreams!
As screwed up as some of my dreams are, they can sometimes be my creative outlet. Some of the things in my dreams give me ideas. I consider myself a कल्पना writer, so the stuff I see in my dreams helps me द्वारा giving me a विवरण of a place in my story. For instance, Grunge Valley. A place in my story where the evil creatures lurk...
A land of eternal darkness. The skies are always grey and depressing. The valley was covered with thorns and decaying plants. In the distance, they could see the castle, tall and overpowering. An evil aura just seemed to reflect from it. How was it possible something could stand it here, Roni thought?
3. Media!
Another way to come up with ideas is to get them from your प्रिय पुस्तकें या movies. I'm not saying to completly copy the movie, that's illegal! I'm saying just take notice of a few things आप found interesting in them.
For example; I'm recently re-reading James Patterson's Maximum Ride series. A thing I like about the book is how he introduces the comedy. The way the book is written, I could easily see it as a TV दिखाना या movie. I can see it easily in my mind.
Another example, in one of my प्रिय movies, The Brothers Grimm, the movie is packed with hints from other fairy tales. When Jacob hides in the mattresses when the tower is collapsing (The Princess and the pea), the queen's evil mirror (Snow White), and the queen's insanely long hair (Rapunzel).
Your keywords: I like how they did that!
4. Write It All Down!
It doesn't hurt to daydream. But when आप get an idea, write it down या record it. The idea may not seem like a good idea at the time, but if आप come back to it later, like if आप write another story, आप may like it. आप might even tweek it a little bit. I can't tell आप how often I drift off and wish I would have done something to remember it!
5. Brainstorm!
When writing, it helps if आप know what you'd like to happen ahead of time. Something that helps me are story charts. लेखन down the chapter and लेखन what happens in it is a good way. Another thing आप could do is to make a पेड़ web. आप know, those annoying charts they make आप do in math class for square roots and factors? Only instead of numbers, make it a sequence of events.
I really hope my लेख managed to help आप a little:)

OK so i was walking down the street...all alone...in the rain...not happy but not sad ether...when suddenly I ran into a मैगनोलिया tree!I don't know how I didn't see it...or why it was in the middle of the road-but it was there and when I looked at it I saw it was the biggest मैगनोलिया I had ever seen;it was absolutely GINORMOUS!it to be at least as tall as a skyscraper. I couldn't even see the top.Now what is the easiest way to get past a tree? Go around it of course! but when i looked there was a wall! Two walls!on ether side of the पेड़ that prevented me from passing(again, how didn't I see this before?)It was not an ordinary
दीवार ether, and must have taken allot of work to build because it was as tall,or taller than the tree!so I was stuck with a मैगनोलिया and two walls
what was I to do?turn back?I had come too far!so knowing this, what do आप think I did? What would आप have done?

I look at the old photographs. It kills me to see him smile. I've only heard about him. I hear he would have loved me. I hear he was nice. I hear that he was a good dad. I hear he was an okay husband. I hear that he would have made a good grandfather. It's not fair. It kills me when my dad talks about him. My dad कहा one of his last words to him were "Dont miss me when I'm gone." Those words run through my head. दिन and night and keep me up thinking of him. Why did he have to go? I pray he's okay and fine in heaven. I pretend he's still here. If only he were ... I miss him....
I guess he's just....
Hard to Let Go
Dedicated to my grandfather I miss आप ... even if I never met आप =,[
अगला journal entry coming up in few please
R&R
