I am still confused lot of people are saying that vampire knight is coming out या not which is it?

If your talking about the मांगा then it's not coming out anymore because it's finished (unless there are extras या something). If your talking about the ऐनीमे then I don't think it is either because nothing has been officially confirmed.

The मांगा is now complete, though there have been a few additional bonus chapters since the official end.

The ऐनीमे ended after 2 seasons, when the story had reached about halfway through the manga's story. It wasn't picked up for a third season.
