I'm surprised that so many people chose all 5 books. Does no one remember New Moon, the second book? The on the Edward is barely in. I really do not think Edward was the 'best' in New Moon.

No,he was patient with Bella. He let her be with her best friend. He realised the mistakes he made. He was still protective,though(its his nature xD ) He was romantic. He acted like a real boyfriend. He was sensible,i think.

He's the best in Eclipse. He's a lot more patient, and gentlemanlly (like he wasn't already, lol) and he's over the whole, "I'm such a horrible monster, so I'll make it better by leaving, and make Bella and I both want to die! problem solved!" thing. He was a lot more understadning about Bella cheating on him than I would have been. I'm with BElla at that point on the whole, "What the hell?! Be mad at her!" thing.
