Bella bounded down the stairs ready to leave. Leave?

"Hey." She smiled. "Does this look okay?" She asked.

She was wearin a petie कोट buttoned up, straight legged jeans, and blue suade boots.

"You look good." I nodded. "What's this for?" I asked gestering to her outfit.

"Jacob text me. He told me he wanted to meet up for lunch." She smiled. "So I'm going to meet him at Los Arcoiris for lunch. आप don't mind watching Alicen do you?"

I stood up from the सोफ़ा, सोफे and stood infront of her. "Bella, never again, ask me if I mind watching Alicen. She is my daughter and I always have time for her."

She nodded and grabbed her पर्स off the तालिका, टेबल infront of the door. She turned to look at me then ran and pulled me into a hug. "Thank you." She whispered.

I wrapped my arms around her. "For what?"

"Comeing back home. In one, full, unharmed peice." She कहा into my chest.

I chuckled as she pulled away. She walked to the door and flashed me one और smile before closing the door.

I strolled over and picked up the phone, dailing Alice's number.

"Hello?" Her voice sang.

"Alice, it's Edward." I informed her.

Alicen woke up from her nap and walked over to me. "Hi, Daddy."

I picked her up and set her in my lap. "How was your nap?"

"Good." She sighed and layed her head on my shoulder. "Where's Mommy?"

"She's out with Jacob." I sighed. "Do आप want some lunch?"

"Yeah. I want a bologna sandwhich with cheese and mayonaise."

"Okay." I chuckled. So picky.

I fixed her sandwhich and sat with her while she ate it at the table. We talked about all her प्रिय princess and Bella. Bella was her प्रिय person to talk to. She was her bestfriend, her mother, her father when I was gone.

She talked about how they would sit and watch Ariel and how Bella would sing the songs to her. How when they would fix lunch she would turn on 'Florence and the Machine' and dance with her.

"Mommy's प्रिय song is Hurricane Drunk. She sings it to me everyday." She drunk the last of her Coolaid. She sighed and sat back in her chair. "I'm glad your back, Daddy."

"I am too." I told her.

"No, I mean, I'm really really glad. Because now Mommy doesn't cry at night sometimes."

"What? Why did Mommy cry?" I asked. Bella cried...when there was no one here to comfort her. I felt my दिल being ripped from my chest.

She just shrugged her little shoulders, pushing curls out of her face. "I'm done. I wanna' go play."

She hopped down out of the chair and set her plate and cup in the sink. She stood up on her स्टूल, मल and washed her hands, drying them with the dishtowel beside the sink. She hopped down and ran up stairs to her room.

I sat with my head proped up on my hand. I wish I knew exactly what she would cry about. She told me thank आप for comming back unharmed and in one peice, so probably worried I might not come back at all. I couldn't keep doing this to her. To Bella and Alicen.

Alicen needed me here and so did Bella. I promised myself that after अगला years traning, I would be done. I couldn't and wouldn't leave them anymore.

Bella pov

"So Paul is sitting on my सोफ़ा, सोफे making out with my sister right? Well they were so into the किस they didn't hear me come up. I walked over and pushed his head sideways and he fell into the floor smacking his head on the तालिका, टेबल on the way down." Jacob laughed.

I always liked this song because the words seemed to jump out at me. It describe me perfectly. I sighed as I pulled into the drive way अगला to a black Lexus. Who was at my house?

I opened the door and called out. "I'm home!"

I walked into the living room to see another girl sitting on my couch. She had dark hair and darkish skin. She turned around to look at me then stood up. She was wearing a short black dress with a cris crossed डिज़ाइन on the front and a jean jacket. She finally reached me and smiled.

"You must be Bella. I'm Elena." She stuck her hand out.

I took her had and smiled wearly. "Hi."

"You must be wondering what the hell I'm doing in your house." She laughed. "I was here talking to Edward. I'm a photographer and I saw him outside on the steps. I took one look at him and thought 'Yummy'." She laughed. "I just have to do a shoot with him."

Yummy?! "Do आप know where he is?" I asked.

"Oh, I thought I heard आप yell." Edward walked down the stairs. "How did it go?"

"Great." I smiled.

"Well, Elena, I will get back to आप soon on your offer." He turned to her and smiled.

"Thank आप for your time, Edward. It was nice meeting you." They reached the door and she held out her hand.

He took it and brought it up to his lips, and kissed her knuckels. I wanted to throw up eveything I had eaten. Not that it was gross, but that seeing him do that made my stomach flip.

He opened the door and let her out, closed it and walked back over to me.

My mouth hung slightly gaping so I closed it and started walking to the stairs. "I'm going to change."

"Wait Bella." He grabbed my arm.

I pulled it back and looked at him. I stared into his eyes then closing my eyes, took a deep breath. I opened them back up and walked up stairs to my room.

Of course it made sence. Look at her...beautiful. Look at him...beautiful. Look at me, plain Jane, me.

I walked to Alicen's door and knocked. "Alicen, I'm home."

"Because. She was messing with Daddy's hair and laughing and playing with his shirt." She growled.

I smiled slightly then it dissapered quickly. "She did?" Oh, no she didn't.

"Yes. Only you're allowed to do that, Mommy." She looked up at me.

I laughed at her. "And why is that?"

I choked on my own spit as I enhaled sharply. I opened my mouth to say something else but there was a knock on her open door. We both turned out head to see Edward leaning against the door frame.

"What are आप girls talking about?" He asked.

"I don't like Miss Elena." Alicen informed him.

"Why?" He asked.

"Cause she does things only Mommy is allowed to do."

"What might that be?" He asked.

"Like play with your hair, and your shirt, and laugh stupid." He told him.

"Alicen." I warned her.

"Sorry. And laugh weird."

Edward and I chuckled at her.

"Only Mommy can do that with you. Cause आप प्यार Mommy and Mommy loves you." She looked at me. "Right Mommy?"

"Alicen, Sweetie." I sighed.

"Right, Daddy?" She asked a little louder.

"Sin." He bent down infront of her. "Just because I'm your dad and Bella is your mom doesn't mean we प्यार eachother.

"Just like Bella thinks Jacob is nice and I like Miss Elena."

"But your supposed to प्यार eachother! That's what mommies and daddies do!" She protested.

"Yes, but we aren't like other mommies and daddies." He told her. "Bella can get married to another boy and I can get married to another girl.

I wiped it away quickly and got up, half running to my room. Tears were streaming my face. I didn't know if I would make it all the way to my room before I broke down. I could hear my name being called behind me but I kept walking. My name sounded again as I closed and locked my door. I cried and slid down my door sitting with my back against it. I put my head against the wood and coverd my face with my hands.

Edward pov

"Hang on." I told Alicen.

"Bella!" I called after her.

She just kept walking, bringing her hands to her face every few सेकंड्स to wipe away...tears?

"Bella!" I cried out one और time before she slammed the door.

I had just reached it and put my hands against it keeping myself up. What did I say? What did I do?

I heard her sliding down the door and heard her head slightly thump against the wood. I sat down and rested my head against the door. I was going to sit "with" her.

A few minuted later Alicen came out of her room and looked at me. I held out my arms. She walked over to me and sat in my lap. "She cried like this when आप were gone." She whispered.

I wrapped my pinky around hers and she smiled slighly. "She loves आप Daddy." She told me and rested her head against my shoulder.
