CAN आप PLEASE HELP? IM WONDERING HOW TO CREATE A प्रशंसक SPOT. :)

if आप go to the फैन्पॉप घर page and scroll down to the bottom आप will se on the right hand side it says browse प्रशंसक spots (or something like that) अगला to it there is a create प्रशंसक spot button- click that and it will tell आप what to do :)
