I believe so...I did it through my इनबॉक्स because that's how I was being harassed, but I'm not sure if there is another way to do it if they're posting stuff on your दीवार या something like that. Hope it helps.

Yeah I have no clue what they do, if they do anything. I guess only time will tell with that.
