It's not that she felt there was anything wrong या bad about Edward, its just that Bella feels so insecure within herself. She felt she wasn't good enough, या pretty enough, या clever enough - for Edward. Its a lack of self confidence या low self esteem. She feels he is near perfection - "so what could he ever see in her?" mentality. Basically she worships the ground he walks on, loves him beyond all reason. Isn't that enough? lol
