Mark Duplass’ Brett Pierson has found himself at a crossroads, no longer satisfied with most aspects of his life. Often at odds with his equally frustrated wife, this patriarch has to get out of the rut he’s gotten himself into before everything falls apart. Duplass doesn’t shy away from awkward, honest moments that could pop up in any marriage, making for a relatable character that can make you laugh (and sometimes cringe).
