I'm not positive, but my friend told me Peter would be in the next Avengers movie. It makes sense, since they made this movie to introduce the "new" Spider-Man.

But he is not with Marvel and Disney. He is owned by Sony, meaning that we probably won't be seeing him in The Avengers any time soon.

Ah okay, I guess my friend was wrong. I believed him because he knows a lot about Marvel and superheroes. Oh well.

Spider-Man is with Marvel

I've seen Spidy products sold in Disney World; he is with Disney and Marvel, believe me; however, since Paramount has been the distributor of the previous films, I don't think we'll see him. It's not impossible, however, but it doesn't look like it considering what I've been reading recently about the films. We'll see a sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man in 2014, though!
